Countdown to 2024 at The Durham Museum!

3, 2, 1….Happy “Noon” Year! The Durham Museum will host its annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration on Saturday, December 30 from 10AM-2PM. Guests will get an early start to their New Year’s celebration at this family-friendly event. Entertainment will include live music by “Dino” O’Dell and the T-Rex All-Stars. Create your own party hat, participate in a museum-wide scavenger hunt and pose with friends and family for a picture in the 2024 photo booth (props included!). Ring in the noon year with a celebratory bubble wrap stomp and thousands of balloons dropping from the Suzanne and Walter Scott Great Hall’s 60-ft. ceiling. Top off the celebration with a dance party!

EVENT CAPACITY is limited and advanced registration is highly encouraged, this includes museum members. Non-Member Pricing (tax not included): Adult: $15, Senior: $12, Military/Veteran: $12, Children (ages 3-12): $8, Children 2 & under: Free. Purchase tickets online anytime at DurhamMuseum.org or call 402-444-5071 by December 28. If space allows, walk-up tickets will be available at the door. Entry will be available on the main and lower levels.

OVERFLOW PARKING will be available in the Conagra Brands parking lot at 7th & Leavenworth Streets with free shuttle drop-off at the museum.

Please note, this year’s event is on the eve of New Year’s Eve, Saturday, December 30.

Guests wanting to visit the museum on Saturday, December 30, but not take part in Noon Year’s festivities are encouraged to arrive after 12:30PM. The museum is open until 4PM.
