The Adah & Leon Millard Foundation Library is a reference collection that supports the Museum's mission of serving the public as an educational resource for local historians, students, and patrons. Located on the main floor of the Museum, the Library occupies the area that was once Union Station's barbershop. The Library and its affiliated Resource Room house a representative and comprehensive collection of books related to the history of Omaha and the West with a special focus on railroad history, pioneer life, historic architecture, and regional literature. The library is open by appointment only.
