Wizard AcademyPack your trunk! This popular annual camp will celebrate the wizard world through crafts, lessons, games and more. Join us for the sorting hat ceremony on Monday, the awards ceremony on Friday and enjoy the adventures in between! Please note, this camp is offered twice during the summer.

Animation AcademyThis creative week will include plenty of interactive time in The Durham Museum’s newest traveling exhibition, Animation Academy: From Pencils to Pixels. We will dive into the exploration of the art, science, technology and history of animation. Omaha Staycation INeed a summer vacation? Look no further than your own hometown! Back by popular demand, these adventurous two-week lineups take campers on a “staycation” to the hottest attractions in Omaha. All transportation and admission is included in the cost of the camp, for a truly stress-free vacation right here in town. Destinations include the Omaha Zoo, El Museo Latino, Kiewit Luminarian, Schramm State Park and Lauritzen Gardens.

Dinosaurs Around the WorldInspired by our spring traveling exhibition, Antarctic Dinosaurs, we can’t wait to dive into the world of dinosaurs! Did you know that no dinosaur bones have ever been discovered in Nebraska? But they have been found as far as Antarctica, and in every continent! Durham Time TravelersEach day of this four-day week will take your camper to a different time period! Discover what life was like for Native American Nations in the 19th century on the Great Plains. Could you survive the hardships of traveling 2,000 miles by foot to your families plot of land in Nebraska? Discover the new inventions displayed at Omaha’s largest event ever held – the Trans-Mississippi and International Exposition. How would you have traveled across the country in the mid 1900s – how about aboard a Pullman train car! Mind Craft: A Minecraft CampEverything your camper loves about Minecraft without the screen! Where better to discover and interact with building and architecture than Omaha’s art-deco masterpiece and historic landmark – Union Station! With the assistance of some local architects, campers will plan and build their own city over the course of this activity-filled week.
