Come Out of the Cold for Winter Camp!
DECEMBER 20, 23, 26-27, 30, 2024 • JANUARY 2-3, 2025

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!

 

Does your camper love LEGOs®? Are they enchanted by wizards? If so, build them an unforgettable winter break at The Durham Museum! This year we are offering seven individual days of winter camp. Sign up for one day or get a discount when you sign up for all seven! Each day will be full of adventure, crafts and creativity.

“BEYOND THE CAMP” EXPERIENCE

To help fit busy schedules, before and after care is available (7:30-9AM / 4-5:30PM). During our “Beyond the Camp” experience, campers will partake in group and individual activities in the Swanson Gallery.

CALLING ALL ARCTIC ARCHITECTS! A WINTER LEGO® CAMP

CAMP DATES: DECEMBER 20, 23, 26, 27

Attention all campers! The winter season calls us to use our collective minds and make creations with our favorite building blocks. For this camp, we will use our imaginations to dream up new gadgets, structures and cities for the coldest climates. There will be plenty of science, too, as well as hundreds and hundreds of LEGOs® waiting to be put together. The possibilities are endless! Each day of camp will bring a full lineup of new activities, so don’t shy away from signing up for individual days!

Wizard Academy

SNOW, SPELLS AND SORCERY: A WINTER WIZARD ACADEMY!

CAMP DATES: DECEMBER 30; JANUARY 2, 3

There’s a chill in the air, but thankfully we can cast a few enchantments to keep warm! Join us as we learn magic fit for the frigid season and enjoy some butterbeer by a cozy, magical fire. Be careful, however: on our first day we will brave the world of dragons! Board The Durham express to a magical world where each day brings a full lineup of new activities. Join us for one or all of these enchanting camps!

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be granted for cancellations requested two weeks in advance. Refunds will also be granted for campers with positive COVID-19 tests or confirmed direct exposures.

Health and Safety Protocols

Our goal is to provide a safe and worry-free environment for our campers and their families. Health and safety protocols will be implemented according to local, state, and federal guidelines which we will continue to monitor throughout the season. If you have any questions regarding our COVID-19 safety policies and procedures, please contact the Education Services Department using education@DurhamMuseum.org.
