Durham Museum Launches “$5 after 5” Summer Admission Deal
The Durham Museum is launching a new program called “$5 after 5” to encourage guests to visit the museum after 5PM on Tuesday evenings throughout the summer. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, admission for all ages will be just $5 after 5PM on Tuesdays. On Tuesday nights, the museum stays open until 8PM, giving guests the opportunity to visit late during the work week. Normally, regular admission is $11 for adults, $8 for seniors and $7 for children 3-12. During this promotion, all admission levels will be granted the $5 admission and children 2 and under remain free.
“We hope this program will encourage people to come visit the museum this summer on an evening that might not be as jammed full of activities as a weekend visit. Guests can take advantage of our travelling exhibitions, grab dinner or dessert at the Soda Fountain or just take in the beauty of Union Station, “said Jessica Brummer, Director of Marketing and Public Relations.
As always, Durham Museum members get in free!
