Annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration

Countdown to 2025 at The Durham Museum!
Tuesday, December 31, 10AM-2PM

3, 2, 1….Happy “Noon” Year! The Durham Museum will host its annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration on Tuesday, December 31 from 10AM-2PM. Guests will get an early start to their New Year’s celebration at this family-friendly event. Entertainment will include live music by “Dino” O’Dell and the T-Rex All-Stars. Create your own party hat, participate in a museum-wide scavenger hunt and pose with friends and family for a picture in the 2025 photo booth (props included!). Ring in the noon year with a celebratory bubble wrap stomp and thousands of balloons dropping from the Suzanne and Walter Scott Great Hall’s 60-foot ceiling. Top off the celebration with a dance party!

Advanced registration is highly encouraged, including for museum members. Non-Member Pricing (tax not included): Adult: $15, Senior: $12, Military/Veteran: $12, Children (ages 3-12): $8, Children 2 & under: Free. Museum entry will be available on both the main and lower level.

OVERFLOW PARKING will be available in the Conagra Brands parking lot at 7th & Leavenworth Streets with free shuttle drop-off at the museum.

Guests wanting to visit the museum on Tuesday, December 31, but not take part in the Noon Year’s Eve festivities are encouraged to arrive after 12:30PM. The museum is open until 4PM.
