Annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration

Countdown to 2025 at The Durham Museum!
Tuesday, December 31, 10AM-2PM

3, 2, 1….Happy “Noon” Year! The Durham Museum will host its annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration on Tuesday, December 31 from 10AM-2PM. Guests will get an early start to their New Year’s celebration at this family-friendly event. Entertainment will include live music by “Dino” O’Dell and the T-Rex All-Stars. Create your own party hat, participate in a museum-wide scavenger hunt and pose with friends and family for a picture in the 2025 photo booth (props included!). Ring in the noon year with a celebratory bubble wrap stomp and thousands of balloons dropping from the Suzanne and Walter Scott Great Hall’s 60-foot ceiling. Top off the celebration with a dance party!

Advanced registration is highly encouraged, including for museum members. Non-Member Pricing (tax not included): Adult: $15, Senior: $12, Military/Veteran: $12, Children (ages 3-12): $8, Children 2 & under: Free. Purchase tickets online anytime at DurhamMuseum.org or call 402-444-5071 by December 30. If space allows, walk-up tickets will be available at the door. Museum entry will be available on both the main and lower level.

OVERFLOW PARKING will be available in the Conagra Brands parking lot at 7th & Leavenworth Streets with free shuttle drop-off at the museum.

Guests wanting to visit the museum on Tuesday, December 31, but not take part in the Noon Year’s Eve festivities are encouraged to arrive after 12:30PM. The museum is open until 4PM.
