Join us on Friday, October 5, from 5-8PM for the ninth Annual Teachers’ Night!
During this year’s event, The Durham Museum features the exhibitions
The American Soldier
and
Worn with Pride
. Special programming for attendees will include Durham Scholar in Residence, Josie Metal-Corbin, who will share A USO Dance Party, highlighting several dances from different war-time eras. A cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception will be offered throughout the event, along with more than 60 institutions available to discuss what they have to offer both in the classroom and at their facility. Scheduled tours on 10th Street History will be offered on Ollie the Trolley, along with a raffle drawing.
Teachers’ Night 2012 is sponsored by Cox Communications, First Nebraska Educators Credit Union, Metropolitan Utilities District and Peter Kiewit Foundation.
Registration for this event is closed. Teachers who didn't register are still welcomed to Teachers' Night. Please visit the non-registered table upon entry.
